BLUE MOVES EXCHANGE POLICY

Blue Moves will happily accept any clean, unworn, unwashed, unused swimsuit that was sold at regular price for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must contact via bluemovesswimwear@gmail.com for an authorization number. The merchandise must be in its original packaging, a completed exchange form and original hangtags must be still attached.  Blue Moves under no circumstances offers store credit. Unfortunately, Blue Moves does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.

 

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

* If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids exchange. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and swing tag attached. Customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving merchandise.  

 

NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS

Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 

 

LOST & DAMAGED RETURNS

We are not responsible for lost/ damaged returns or packages. We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.

 

FALSE CLAIMS

Any falsely filed claim to us regarding a “damaged” piece that upon receipt is not in fact damaged will be subject to a $8.95 reshipping fee, payable before it can be returned.

 

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

 

Contact us on bluemovesswimwear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and request by email an Exchange Form and Authorization Number. Please be sure to include your order number, and reason to exchange in this email. 

 

STEP 2 – COMPLETE THE EXCHANGE FORM

 

Once you have been approved for your Authorization Number.  We will send an Exchanged form. You must print and complete this form and enclose it with your exchange. 

 

STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP 

 

The merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receiving an Authorization Number. Please be sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, enclosed with a completed Exchanged Form Please be sure to pack the merchandise securely with labels intact and send it back with Tracking Number. The merchandise must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unused and hang tags attached and undamaged. 

 

STEP 4 – TRACKING YOUR PACKING AND CONFIRMATION 

 

Once we have received your merchandise at Blue Moves, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition and swing tags still attached.

 

We will invoice for the shipping charge. Please allow 1-15 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your reship payment. You will receive an email once we shipped your exchange.
